Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or part, by or on behalf of the decedent.

The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire.  However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead.  If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff and overhead - $1795.00
Our services include; conducting the arrangements conference; planning the funeral; consulting with family and clergy; shelter of remains; preparing and filing necessary legal notices, obtaining necessary authorizations and permits; coordinating with the cemetery, crematory or other third parties. In addition, the fee includes a proportionate share of our basic overhead costs. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding and receiving remains.)

Embalming - $375.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Autopsy Restoration - $150.00

Transfer of the Remains to the Funeral Home - $300.00

Use of the facilities and staff for viewing or visitation at the funeral home - $200.00

Use of the facilities and staff for a funeral ceremony or going to a church - $300.00

Use of the facilities and staff for memorial services at the funeral home - $300.00

Use of equipment and staff for graveside services - $200.00
This applies only when there is only a graveside service

Funeral Coach - $200.00

Flower Van - $55.00

Adult caskets - $995.00 to $2495.00
Infant caskets - $195.00 to $650.00
Rental caskets - $850.00 to $850.00
Alternative containers - $15.00 to $15.00

We do not offer outer burial containers; i.e. vaults and liners for grave.

Forwarding of remains to another funeral home - $1560.00
Our charge includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; removal of remains locally, embalming and other preparation of the remains; if relevant; and local transportation.

Receiving remains from another funeral home - $1350.00
Our charge includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; care of the remains; transportation of remains to funeral home from airport and then to cemetery or crematory.

Direct Cremation - $1858.50
Our charge for a direct cremation(without ceremony) includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; removal of remains; transportation to crematory; necessary authorizations; and cremation if relevant.
If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials (with or without an outside covering.) The containers we provide are a fiberboard container.
A. Direct cremation with a container provided by the purchaser - $1843.50
B. Direct cremation with a fiberboard container - $1858.50

Immediate Burial - $1510.00
Our charge for an immediate burial(without ceremony) includes; basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; removal of remains; and local transportation to cemetery.

A. Immediate burial with a casket provided by the purchaser - $1510.00

B. Immediate burial with alternative container - $1525.00

C. Immediate burial with a cloth covered wood casket - $2505.00
